Developed by the Windsor-Aughtry Company, this seven (7) story, 138-guest room hotel will be the last project started by P&L in 2016 and is scheduled to open in the spring of 2018.

November 2016 Lake Buena Vista, Florida; Pinkerton & Laws started clearing ground for a dual branded Marriott hotel project, a 335-guest room TownePlace Suites and a SpringHill Suites. The two brands will share common amenities and back-of-house spaces. The project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2018.
