July 2017 Construction has begun on a new Courtyard by Marriott in Winter Haven, Florida. Located near the new LEGOLAND Beach Resort, this 5-story, 111 guest room hotel will become Pinkerton & Laws’ 11th Marriott Courtyard project. Completion is scheduled for late summer on 2018.
Pinkerton & Laws Starts a New Home2 Suites in LaGrange, GA
September 2017 A new Home2 Suites Hotel is under construction in LaGrange, Georgia at LaGrange Station. Developed by PHD Hotels, the project is scheduled to complete in September 2018. Centered within a mixed-use development that consists of a water park, retail, and restaurants, this 89-guestroom property becomes P&L’s 5th Home2 Suites project.

June 2017 Pinkerton & Laws begins the construction of a new Tru by Hilton located in Columbia, South Carolina. As Hilton’s newest select service brand, the Tru was launched in January of 2016. This project is scheduled to complete in the summer of 2018 and will become P&L’s first Tru branded Hotel.
