The Fairfield Inn & Suites conversion in Destin, Florida was completed on March 3rd and ready for the Spring Break season ahead of schedule. The property was formerly a Comfort Inn and converted to a Fairfield Inn & Suites. The project consisted of 100 units, reconfiguring the interior common areas, indoor pool and installing new life safety systems to meet Marriott requirements.
