Pinkerton & Laws held an exciting and educational safety training event to talk directly to P&L employees about safety, focused on fall hazards and reinforcing the importance of fall protection. We were fortunate enough to have 3M come out and meticulously demonstrate and explain fall protection, fall arrest, and various drop tests. A safe and healthy workplace not only protects workers from injury and illness, but it can also lower injury/illness costs, reduce absenteeism and turnover, increase productivity and quality, and raise employee morale.
