It is with a heavy heart that Pinkerton & Laws shares the passing of Mark Anthony Webb. Mark spent 38 years working for Pinkerton & Laws and rose to the level of Shareholder and Vice President of Estimating before he retired on December 31, 2019. Litte did anyone realize at that time what a blessing that he would be to this company and all that had the privilege to collaborate with him. For those that knew Mark, he was known as “The Brains” or the smartest man at Pinkerton & Laws. Mark not only modeled the P&L culture he was one of the chief architects in shaping who we are today. The best way I know to describe it, is that Mark was the “soul” of P&L, and he was the best at what he did. He was not only extremely intelligent and successful in his role, but he always was available for those he worked with as a Colleague, Partner, Mentor, Advisor, Teacher, Leader, and Friend. Mark had a true love for Pinkerton & Laws.
Mark was not only a critical member of the Pinkerton & Laws organization; but more importantly, Mark was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Mark’s biggest joy was spending time with his family. He loved his God and sought to serve and honor Him in many ways. Mark was best known as “Pawpaw” and leaves a legacy of generosity and kindness. Mark is survived by his wife Kay, five children, 14 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and countless other family and friends who loved him and was loved by him.
CARING is a gift that no one can buy. It’s made up of LOVE that roots in our HEARTS and creates MEMORIES not just for a while but for a LIFETIME. GODSPEED.
