Site preparation is underway at Disney’s new development, Flamingo Crossings. Pinkerton & Laws has begun clearing of the 10 acre track for two new hotels and associated amenities that will consist of 500 guestrooms combined. The two Marriott branded hotels will be located adjacently; a six (6) story, 250 guestroom TownePlace Suites and a six (6), 250 guestroom SpringHill Suites.
The kick-off of these two hotels are the beginning of the overall development of Flamingo Crossings, a 450-acre tourist district by Walt Disney World. The two hotels are scheduled for first quarter 2016 openings.
