Pinkerton & Laws has begun demolition of a 40 year old Holiday Inn Hotel in Blacksburg, VA that will be the future home of a multi-use development, University Crossroads. Located across from the Virginia Tech. campus, this seven acre development will consist of a CVS pharmacy, Restaurants, Retail Shops, Hyatt Place and a Residence Inn.
The Hyatt Place will be a six story, 85,879 s.f., 124 guestroom units, and a large banquet hall. The new construction is projected to begin in July 2015.
