The Alliance Community for Retirement Living has awarded P&L Phase I of their new 14-Unit/11,500 s.f. Assisted Living Facility. The Alliance Community is located on 25 acres of Rolling Oak land in the heart of Historic Downtown Deland, Florida and has been operating for over 50 years.
It offers a full line of integrated senior support which includes senior rentals, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. The Alliance Community is affiliated with the same non profit Christian based ministries that Shell Point Retirement Communities is a member of; located just off of Sanibel Island, Florida.
